Design Ownership & Usage Agreement
By submitting a design, logo, image, or text for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to use that content or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations from the rightful owner.
You agree that your submitted content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, and does not violate any laws or regulations.
By placing an order, you grant us permission to reproduce the submitted design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You accept full responsibility for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of your submitted content, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our business from any such claims.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may violate intellectual property rights or contain inappropriate or unlawful content.
